Truffle Pig - made in Canada chocolate, with cacao purchases directly from farmers (meaning a much more ethical and fair trade standard applies to supporting farmers around the world). Truffle Pig also uses pure chocolate for their creations - the cacao is fermented for a week, then dried for another week. After it is dry the beans are clean, hot air roasts them like coffee, and then they are de-shelled. So, no need to add any crazy flavours, just pure chocolate.
