Returns + Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item you wish to return or exchange, please take photos of the item and send along an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refillery goods are not subject to return or refund due to the nature of the packaging; we cannot put them back into stock if they have been brought home to your space, as they are too easy to open, tamper with, and reseal.
We also cannot return items based on an allergy or personal preference as we provide ample opportunities to check ingredients prior to purchasing and as many samples for scents and product testing as we can in our shop spaces. The refillery model is also very conducive to testing products prior to purchasing a larger amount; you are able to try smaller amounts prior to purchasing a large quantity to ensure a product will work for you.
Clothing Exchanges + Returns: we will exchange unworn, original condition clothing with tags attached for store credit only within 14 days and with the receipt. We recognize that this is a small window, but the majority of our clothing items do not have plastic tags or additions to prevent wear and return situations, and the majority of our items are of a quality we wish to ensure we can still provide to the next purchaser. We do not participate in wasteful returns practices (tossing, slashing, shipping garments far distances) that many larger fast fashion brands utilize. Harlowe Green staff reserve the right to refuse exchanges for damaged or used items.
Should you have an issue with something you've purchase though, we do want you to be happy with your experience and want to work together to potentially find a solution; please reach out to us! Sometimes we are able to refund orders, but a 10% restocking fee applies to orders that customers choose to cancel over a month later due to not following free local delivery radius and not responding to customer service emails (due to credit card and Shopify fees for both the purchase and the refund with no fault of our own).

Items purchased on sale or as part of our second hand/thrift collections are sold as-is and are non-refundable.
