Returns + Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item you wish to return or exchange, please take photos of the item and send along an email to harlowegreen@gmail.com. 

Refillery goods are not subject to return or refund due to the nature of the packaging; we cannot put them back into stock if they have been brought home to your space, as they are too easy to open and reseal. We also cannot return items based on an allergy or personal preference as we provide ample opportunities to check ingredients prior to purchasing and as many samples for scents and product testing as we can in our shop spaces. Should you have an issue with something you've purchase though, we do want you to be happy with your experience and want to work together to potentially find a solution; please reach out to us!
