Local Delivery

We offer local delivery about once a month for central Kingston, the Quinte region and north. Please note that we do this dependant on weather, as we deliver with our own staff using an electric vehicle and keep safety in mind. There is a $5 fee for orders under $75 and delivery is free for orders above $75 at the subtotal. You can order refill goods online for delivery in mason jars, a selected dispenser, or a paper bag, to reduce your waste. Our delivery orders use paper packaging and cardboard boxes we've received in shipping to offer as sustainable an option as possible to more convenient online shopping.

You're welcome to leave out jars or waste diversion items if we know of beforehand (just send us an email at harlowegreen@gmail.com, a note through our website's contact form, or reach out on social media). You can also message any of these avenues to see if your location can work for our delivery route and team. 

Please note that we cannot enter apartment buildings at this time. Please be cognizant of the temperatures and let us know if there is a safe spot to put your order if you are not expected home during the day to keep it safe. We cannot be responsible for orders that get too cold/hot or are picked up if we have not received additional order instructions. Thank you for your understanding!

Our next local delivery offering order cutoff is March 4th at 4pm. We will deliver YGK orders that evening and Quinte ones shortly after that during the week/weekend (depending on weather and staff availability).

In-Store Pick-Up

You can opt to pick up your order at our Harlowe or Kingston shops. This option is free and we will send you an email notification that your order is ready to be picked up once it is ready. Orders are usually ready within an hour or so of placement during shop hours, depending on how busy we are at time of ordering. Please note that the auto-Shopify email might hit your spam; we'll send an email after a few days to remind you if you miss it.

All orders for pick up will come in pre-filled mason jars, the pre-selected dispenser options that you've make, or compostable, unbleached paper bags in the quantity size you select for each item.

Please note for Harlowe orders: we offer pick up only at this location for our rural residents. 

How to:

• At checkout, choose the "Pickup" option with the correct location selected. This is either Kingston (90 Brock Street) or Harlowe (4285 Henderson Road). 
• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up at our shop.
