It is our best practice to reuse/upcycle boxes and packaging materials. Many of our items come unpackaged.
- At checkout, choose the "Contactless Pickup" option. Please make sure you connect with me to arrange your time of pick-up via firstname.lastname@example.org. I will do my best to accommodate your preferred time.
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
- When picking up your order, please bring your order confirmation (this can be paper or on your phone) if we haven't met before. Just show it to me through my very large side window beside our step. I'll then set the order out.
- Pick-up is at 4285 Henderson Road, Arden (closer to Harlowe than Arden).
- At this time, bulk options are only available for local delivery or pickup.
- Local delivery to Cloyne (up to Mazinaw Lake), Northbrook, Harlowe, Henderson, Flinton and Kaladar is $5, and free with a purchase over $60.

- At checkout, choose the "Local Delivery" option.
- You will receive an email notification when your order is READY and when DELIVERED.

- Please be as explicit as possible when explaining how and where we can drop off your package to you
- You can explain this in the "notes" section at checkout.
- We don't want you to lose your package-- that's not good for either of us! -- but we also can't afford to refund or replace packages if they were lost or stolen due to unclear delivery instructions.
- Deliveries usually take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays, but if we have the chance to do so sooner, you will receive an Order Delivered email. I can usually deliver items on my way to and from work and childcare.
- If you are unsure if you qualify, please just ask. You can always choose the shipping rate and I can refund you the difference if I am able to drop it off.
- Standard Canada Post Shipping- Flat rate of $12 per order
- Free Canada Post Shipping on orders $75 and up
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Orders are usually packaged within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Sometimes orders take a little longer to prepare than usual, as there are several shipping delays at the moment.
You will receive an email notification when it is ready, but if you need something by a certain date, please email us and let us know and we'll try our best to accommodate your needs.
I'd like to include a note along with my gift; is this possible?
Absolutely! Just make us aware of your request and then write your note in "quotations" in the "NOTES" section at Checkout. We also offer cards if you'd like something more special than our kraft paper card stock.
Can my package be gift-wrapped?
I am doing my best to wrap things in a very sustainable manner, but if you'd like it extra special, just let us know in the "NOTES" section at checkout.
How will I know if my order is ready for pick-up?
You will receive an email saying that your order is ready for Pick-Up. Once your order has changed its status to "READY", please ensure you've touched base with me to arrange your pick up time.
