During this hands-on experience, you'll be shown how to properly cleanse your face and craft your very own take-home facial serum, where you will select different oils for your skin's needs that you can incorporate into your daily skincare rituals.

We will lead a gentle, yet highly effective, facial massage, facilitating the drainage of lymphatic fluid from the nodes around your face and neck. We will also guide the group through mindful breath exercises, weaving the art of meditation into each inhale and exhale.
