Place one puck at the bottom of the shower, or on a shelf in the shower.  As the water makes it dissolve the steam from the shower will activate the scent.

Relax Shower Steamers: a blend of lavender essential oils to help relax and calm the mind and body. 
Breathe Shower Steamers: a strong aromatic blend of eucalyptus and menthol, which is known to help clear out sinuses and congestion. 

NOT to be used as a bath preparation as these have a much higher concentration of essential oils that can cause irritation. For shower use only. To keep the scent stronger, keep sealed in an airtight container. If left out, the scent will dissipate faster.
